According to the NHS, most adults need between six and nine hours of sleep per night and to help ensure they get this, a regular bedtime schedule can be useful. Ms Alexander remarked: “Everyone will have their own way of relaxing. If you don’t know how to relax, you can get help and advice from your GP.”
